RICHELLE MANPOWER AGENCY CO., is a sister company of Racdaes Japanese Language Training Center. It is tasked to deploy Technical Interns to Japan under the DMW( Formerly POEA) - OTIT TITP (Technical Intern Training Program).

RACDAES JAPANESE LANGUAGE TRAINING CENTER INC. (Formerly Racdaes Foundation Inc.) is duly accredited by TESDA. It is tasked to teach Japanese Language to interns before they are dispatched to Japan, at no cost to the interns. It is also mandated to orient the interns on Japanese Culture, Work Ethics and Values, ,thus producing well-disciplined and valuable labor force.

As a sending organization during the TESDA - JITCO Program (2003-2010), Racdaes Foundation, Inc. has deployed almost 400 Trainees and Interns to Japan. Needless to say, it has changed the lives of these trainees/interns and their families, dramatically.

The transition to the now DMW (Formerly POEA) - OTIT TITP, the world at hand is now open to hardworking Filipino Job-seekers, where even the High school graduates are given equal opportunity to show their skills and prove their worth in this ever-increasing competitive world of Labor and Employment.
